Mentioned before a challenge of "what the cat dragged home" has been well documented
stories ofthis happening so go to it what does your Tiddles bring home from the hunt .

My Maine Coon mix brought me a bird a few days ago which he proceeded to devour in the yard out front.. better there then in the house! It'll take some time to get the shot but this could be interesting. He also brings me an occasional frog. (corrected the name)

^^^^

This is the main reason we don't keep cats. I like cats, but I don't like what they do. Since our dog passed on about a year ago, the neighbourhood cats think they own our place. A couple of weeks ago I was in our front yard when a cat pounced on a magpie. Luckily when I yelled it ran away and the magpie got up and flew off.

I would suggest changing the title from Kleptomania Cats to The Hunt which would encompass more. Kleptomania is the urge to steal whereas cats and other animals are natural born hunters so this would give the idea more breadth.

Presumably it should be "Kleptomaniacal Cats"?

So is this a challenge where you have to find a cat to photograph? Or just the junk cats bring home? Or both?
I might be able to do junk but I don't have access to a cat, so I'm wondering.

I thought either the booty alone, but if you can catch the cat in possesion of stolen property thats the bonus !!!

Ah the memories! I had a cat named Panzer who hunted the neighborhood garbage cans for canteloupe rinds, which she would bring home to conveniently cache for later. She also raided the laundry hamper & would decorate the house with my dirty laundry. She could, & often did, laugh at her own jokes.

Many years ago I had a Calico named Alfie who, if you didn't clean the litter box every day, would pick out the dried clumps of yesterday's turds and deposit them in a neat pile on the floor... Very fastidious cat.
