Practically everyone in DPL is a paid member now, so we have a good-sized pool...

Send a ticket to SC and we'll get right back to you. If appropriate, I'll post it here afterward, with the answer. OK?

Among my superpowers IRL is the ability to "edit" :-)

I sent an Original and a PSD, is that all right or would you like a JPEG?

We're good to go. I have responded to you. Drink some nice herbal tea, bring your mind to a focus, and all will be clear :-)

=)

No, it was interesting actually. All the super duper meteors where in fact probably bloody satellites!! LOL And one of the editing questions was about stacking the same photograph several times with tons of different things done to them in RAW and it is legal. The other question, not sure about yet as it got lost in my rambling, but will find out! =)

If you didn't know, then I'm sure I wouldn't know. And most of the other voters!

and... it tied for the least number of entries EVER! The other one was 2002. Road Signs.

Not a very fun challenge gallery to view either.

I must be in a bad mood.

I did vote and gave an average of 6.3333.

Well, it'd just be an "extra" challenge so if only a relatively small percentage of DPCers turn out to have decent viewing, so be it. Not every challenge has to work for everyone, is what it comes down to.

Very small group. Should have been a speed challenge. Oh well, best of luck to the dozen or so that enter.

Oops. Not a dozen. Top 10 for all! :-}

I can see your point. But I have to add in a dime or 3. I think that is a bit unfair too. I know there are not many entry's at all, but people did try. I am in the middle of the monsoon season, so cloudy at night as was most of America, it seems (or covered in smoke).
The drive I did, was over 300 miles, (with a ton of that being dirty , dippy, bendy, wet roads), starting at 10pm with 3 teenager boys, going close to a Border that is not that great. Then shot for 5 hours, then meandered back home to find only 6-8 shots in focus out of 5 hours of shooting,. Several hours of processing and not knowing what I am doing as it was the first time I have ever shot anything like this or edited.

scalvert I know, drove 5 hours, spent $200 on a room for the night and dodged the clouds two day away from the peak, not even sure if he got anything.

There was potentially, at least 135 people that could have entered that challenge. So this was a little sad to read

That's a first, isn't it?!

another silver lining: entirely possible to give a different score to every image in this challenge!
