Just got this yesterday and starting to mess around with it. Pretty cool. You tell your phone or tablet via their app what lens, aperture, and steps to take per shot, and it transmits them to your camera via audio out and a little device that you point at the lens. You can then take a focus stack shots using burst mode. Useful for subjects that like to move, like insects. Much faster than using Helicon Remote.

Any one else have one? I also use Helicon Remote and Focus and really like them both which is why I gave this a shot.

Once I figure out the best settings for my preferred lens, I will post a result.

Looks terrific. Not gonna help me with the Sony though :-)

What a unique product! Someone was definitely thinking outside of the mirror box ;-) I'm wondering if I'd get enough use out of it to make it worth my while...

My hope is that it is a light way to do photo stacks just as well as Helicon Remote does. I hope to get stacks of some bugs quickly before they move or fly away. It was cheaper than the automated macro rails.
