Greetings DPC land.

So .... Lost, Found and a few other bits have 'found' their way back to the UK finally after maybe 4 years of shameless travelling, drinking & sinking all around the world. THANK YOU DPC COMMUNITY!

I am still going to be making a book up about his travels and his new friends he met along the way and would very much like to get photos from all who was involved.

There were many suggested ways of doing things in the past but 4 years is a very long time in internet land so I know people have moved on and yada yada yada BUT!

If you were involved and still have some photos of the travelling crew during their adventures can you PLEASE select your favourite 4 shots, edit them in your own style and send them to me as JPG files 2000x2000 to my email address along with any bits, names, places etc that you wish to be included in the story and i will make sure to include it.

Obviously people have moved on and I understand it is a royal PITA so I will be allowing the rest of the year to gather photos & stuff so that everyone involved can either be contacted etc etc..

Thank you for completing this crazy little idea, I hope it was fun for you as it was for me.

My email address for the purpose of sending these files is alionic@hotmail.com

Kindest Regards.

Wow, he did it!! I was just wondering how that journey was going. MAK I will be glad to send you on the best images from Lost's stay with me.

Just curious, do you have a list of the bits and pieces he arrived home with?

Oh Marac I'm so pleased he made his way home. I'm away from home right now, but will forward my images next week when I'm back. I was lucky enough to meet the little fellow twice!

Such a Great project even if it took four times longer than originally planned!!

Do you want the final jpgs to be only square crops? Or are you just giving us a maximum size per side to work with?

Sent four pix and a text file as a single ZIP archive -- if it doesn't go through let me know and I'll send as single files.

Amazing, after 4.5 years, he made it home safe and sound. There were certainly times when it looked like he was AWOL!

Mine are all here. All unedited. I'll select some. Any suggestions?

It really is all about your personal favourites but try to include at least 1 image that shows where he was, and of cause, any names or other text you would like adding.

We're gonna be away for a week or so, on holiday. Okay if I start searching the archives when we return? What's your drop-deadline?

Aaaand Africa missed the boat again.

Well, if your name had been on the list, I could have sent him to you. The only seemingly active African on the list was Ammie, and she couldn't accept him.

First of all, apologies for anyone who missed the boat, but it was a very slow boat with passengers coming going etc etc, you know the score.

So I finally had a chance to get all the kit out and photograph it, here they are.

I will start building the book ready for next year so anyone who has photos please can you select your favourite 4, edit them with a max size 2000x2000 and send them to my email for inclusion.

I know this is a tall order considering the time past so I will evaluate what we have after I receive everything from those involved, fingers crossed it will be more than enough to document his travels to warrant someone actually wanting it. When complet, I will submit a link to the book order page for anyone who wishes to have a copy made up and sent to them directly.. the original stuff and a book will be sent to Children in Need to be either auctioned off or given to some poor child to make his/her day...

Here's hoping anyway.

Oh yeh, sorry, if you want your own copy it will have to be at your own expense and I believe you can simply order a copy from the printers (vistaprint or some other outlet).

Thanks to one & All.
