We don't automatically update the lists to include every new camera or lens released -- someone has to ask (via a ticket) for an item to be added, and then it's usually taken care of within a day or two. |

Hate to hijack, but I decided to re-up my membership regardless of the my grievances with what I still think are major problems with the rule of jpg only for minimal challenges. I decided to rejoin cause it only took two days for two of my cameras to get added to the camera data base. FWIW, does anyone have stats on how many active members there are now? Can seem to find answer by searching forums.

Glad you opted for the blue shirt. Welcome back.
Don't really have an answer for your question other than to suggest that you look back thru some of the more recent challenges that pique your interest and see who entered and commented.
Depending on the genre, you'll see some of the same folks, and there's a level of consistency in their work, tastes, and participation.
I've been here for ten years, and I truly love so much about this site, and I do my best to support it while still having a life. I continue to learn and grow because I can always find something I want here.
I hope you will, too.
