Just curious ... in the current challenge (decorations) I have received 2 comments that are both blank. Just a coincidence or is this happening to others?

At least you're getting comments :)

We'll look into it.

That also means no words to explain the happiness to see your entry :)

Langdon's looking into it. His only comment to me so far is to wonder if it may be a phone bug if the empty commenters used phones and something in the phone software has updated. Has anyone reading this been doing that? I will send out a PM too...

Both yours and Langdon's comments showed up on my image.
I didn't even realize I could comment during a challenge while using a phone.

Yah. It's beginning to look like a case of mis-clicking on the small screen when viewing on a phone; all of the little icons are dangerously close to the "nest" buttons, people are probably unaware that they are even "commenting" as they cruise through viewing the entries. We're checking that theory out, or Langdon is anyway :-) If that's what it is he can filter for it and it will go away, I think.

This has often been the case in my giving out "blank" comments. A simple fix would be to have "submit comment" tab associated with comments.

Just curious, is Langdon the guy maintaining the site's coding/scripting etc.? Is he still actively doing that?

Even simpler, Langdon will change the coding so blank "style entries" don't read as comments...
