Oh SNAP! I have his mini power units, use them to run my lighting outside, they have never missed a beat. RIP man. |

when you consider how many people have started out with or switched to his affordable lighting systems, that man has probably had a hand in turning more amateurs into pros than any other school or company, at least in the US. not only did he create great products, he created a great company with customer service second to none. |

A loss for the industry. He was truly an innovator, and photographers were his beneficiaries.

I have a new set of AlienBee 800s due to arrive at the door any second now. My 400s have been great for the past 10 years!

I returned my 800 and got an Einstein instead. Oh my!! I love the Einstein!! If I could have afforded it, I would have gotten 3 Einstein's. But I have 2 400s and an Einstein.
