Happy with the comments.

So many wonderful photos spoil my average given vote. Probably making it irrelevant to the final score as well :-) but this was never about scores.

Difficult to pick favorites... a new one shines on each pass.

Now that the challenge is over I've been reading through JJ's comments. He has shared some valuable insights. Highly recommended.

I just finished going through the entire challenge and reading jj's comment on every photograph. It's like taking a Master Class on photography. Everyone should do it.

Thanks to tome for suggesting this challenge.

Yah......definitely a good read.

I was certainly intrigued by his comment on mine during the challenge!

He was kind enough to elaborate on request.

Just did it myself. So much to learn from his interpretation of the photos.

Thanks, Jean-Jacques!

So I revisited this momentous challenge that drew out the quintessential in so many fine photographers. Deeply satisfying. A glittering reflection of JJ's exquisite feel for life and beauty. His ability to inspire shines through, a bucket of cold water tossed in the face of dulled imagination. So happy to retrace this path.
As a personal aside, I was shocked and embarrassed by the number of terrific images I under-rated and failed to appreciate. Talk about bucket of cold water. If I could swing time around and face myself I'd give this joker the gimlet eye and ask, "what?".
A refreshing and edifying return. Thanks for "oops".
