Also if possible you can share the PSD file with steps :)
I ask someone to take my photograph and it got overesposed and was a flash so all my skins got burned and super overexposed.

I don't have time to work on this now, but what I would try is first to use one or more Curves adjustment layers with a gradient mask to try and even out the lighting top-to-bottom.
I'd then try some non-destructive burning/dodging to "paint in" some detail in the faces -- make a new layer in Overlay Mode filled with 50% gray, then anywhere you paint with black (darker gray) will get darker, and anyplace you paint with white will get lighter, without affecting the actual pixels underneath. |

not much good without the raw
The gif is the 1px by 1px image the site imposes to stop
Ppl right clicking and copying images click on view full size

That's pretty good -- I promise I won't report you if you make it a duotone ... :-)
It could also be fully hand-tinted, like they (unfortunately) do with old movies. |

| The shirt is a blinding distraction. Even with a RAW file, I don't think you can recover enough highlight detail to make it anything less. Sometimes you have to cut your losses. Is a reshoot possible? |

The issue is that with the blown out whites you've also lost all the textures within the shirt. You could certainly add something, but you would want to add some texture as well, and perhaps try and fake some likes. Possible, but more work than I wanted to do. |
