I spent this afternoon looking at all your essays:
All of them are extraordinary stories and compiliations!
I feel so incapable to express all my thoughts and feelings about it
It's hard for me to find suitable words - not to mention poetic phrases like the ones you used to describe your work.
Vibrant or meaningful descriptions added to an essay are helping me to cherish those essay even more.
Please accept my apologies about writing funny comments, I just wnated to say how impressed I am |

Went back through the November essays to read the latest comments. Although I enjoy seeing everybody’s work, the comments are a real treat. How we see the same thing differently, where we agree, what catches our attention, the questions we ask, and suggestions we make. This information is invaluable.
Just wanted to say thanks to everybody who participated. Maybe a couple more essays will trickle in over the next few days. Keep those comments coming. |

from the Dec. essays, do not forget to read Don's ( posthumous) and Bill's ( wbanning) comments on mitalapo's pictures. They have to be included in Mita's book. |

Shoot anytime, anything, and anywhere... We'll start posting January 1st. With many celebrating the holidays we can move the posting date to later in January or February 1.

| 2018 will be here before we know it. Should we post January essays on the 1st, 15th, or 31st? With the holidays upon us a few extra days might be nice. |

I know there is no call for posting new essays.
But I have a series of pictures that belong to the Christmas Season so I decided to show it here before everyone gets tired of jingling bells and blinking lights.
Every year in december a departement store in Munich downtown decorates its storefront in a special way:
There are only plush toys fromt he Steiff company which have a motor so they are moving in a cute way. In the winter scene there are teddy bears that are playing the trombone, hugging their teddy bear kids or reading a newspaper, little rabbits that are baking cookies or sweeping the pavement and a lot more...
It is a beloved tradition which attracts all that are passing by, young and old alike.
I know there is no deeper meaning in this collection except the joy and happiness and humour (please browse to end) of this special season, but that is the main reason why I wanted to show it to you.
