I should mention that Miriam is a graphic designer and founder of a charity called canines with a cause that trains dogs to assist handicapped people with everyday chores.

Wow!!! What a nice warm welcome!! This place is incredible!
Thank you ALL for such good wishes and encouragement and hopes for lots of fun. So far this is fantastic. I am having a blast! I love seeing such talented work. It really pushes you to improve the art of photography!
Looking forward to another challenge.
At one point I was able to see my picture had a few viewings and votes but now I can't remember how to get to the screen to see it again.
Also, I guess I have to be a pay member to have my pictures showing beside my profile?

Great place! Thanks again!
Miriam
PS: Neil ...behave!!! lol

Yuo can see your current challenge entry/ies by looking at the top-left of the dpc homepage, where there should be a box containing your current challenge stats (scores, comment counts, etc) and links to each entry.

The 'portfolio' feature is only available to paying members, but your top challenge entries (plus your user photo) will always be shown.
One last thing - please don't discuss your current challenge entry/ies until voting has finished, as the site ettiquette is to keep all entries anonymous.
Have fun!

Welcome to the DPC asylum, Miriam. You can probably see what it's done to your brother-in-law...so we can't say you weren't warned! :o)
Hope to see you winning ribbons really soon!
