Hmm. I missed the last couple - too busy. Let's see if I can rustle something up for June.

And how does someone manage that if they are not a paid member. We've been fostering a dog for about a week that just gave birth to 7 puppies on Monday. I'd be happy to share photos as they grow during June but I would need to use Photobucket. I'm not worried about comments. Is this allowable?

You can just include a URL link to your Photobucket account. I have no experience with Photobucket so hopefully others will join in if they have additional information.

When I was not a member, all my photos were from google + . for photobucket, just use the url of the pictures you wish to use, but one at a time and post a link.. on the replies you will see the icon of the earth, just put your url in there and share, just know, not everyone will be clicking on that link

I know how to post thumbnails, images, and albums (folders) links from photobucket. The question is do we post just the link to the album or to actual thumbnail as they are uploaded?

Probably just a link and written description would be best. One idea, if you enter a challenge with one of the photo essay images you could place a link in the subject area. This would be the image where comments could be left. Hope this is helpful.

A couple of years ago, my family started fostering dogs for SICSA.ORG. Last year we were promoted to puppies. In 2013 we fostered 7 litters of puppies, including 3 moms and 29 puppies total. This challenge entry was one of our foster puppies.

Last week we picked up a pit bull mix that was expecting puppies within 3 weeks. This is our first litter where the birth happens at our house. Monday, Kalli gave birth to 7 puppies. The hotlink below links to my Photobucket album where I'll be posting my June Puppy Photo Essay Side Challenge.

At first look all these images are emblematic for human violence; this angry writing on the sidewalk (is it blood, tar, mercury?), a petrified heart tied to kill or to be killed, a pair of used, dirty gloves discarded in an almost elegant gesture, a decapitated fish and its tail thrown elsewhere.... a figure without head walking purposefully with a cane - did he do IT? All of IT? He left a mark here and there, a number, a code, a photograph. And yet, you approached all this with some tenderness and consideration; the light is perfect and pure, the details crisp and one wonders if from all these clues you are not just weaving a story about hard, endless work. A life of toil. Exhaustive labor.

This essay, along with your previous ones, the street witout people and the fishing port of Taiwan are addictive. They teach us to look at our surrounding in a direct, analytical way, devoided of criticism or prejudice. I of look forward with much interest for your next collection.

You will just post the link to the actual thumbnail that you posted

You made a gentle foray into other people's lives. The first and last image are great book ends for this incursion.
