196 challenges entered
11th is my highest finish.
It was harder years ago because of the number of entries, some free study challenges attracted over 600

LMAO...I'm sure I'll be in that same group in the near future...2 Years/17 entries...not quite as a veteran on here but it does make you wonder at times :P

I joined august 3rd 2004, and not a whiff of a ribbon. I think I'll have to get MAK or Neat to donate a few of theirs ."Spread the Love around" so to speak.

This was a great thread for me because I am newer.. but I am also learning and self teaching myself about everything for photography.. I have a very long way to go.. my photography things I love to shoot are wildlife and nature things so this site gives me out of the block thinking to do..
I learn a lot by others photos so I am not expecting ribbons any time soon but only to improve on certain aspects of my photography, it seems a lot of times I am in over my head with these contests because I have no idea what to even shoot, it is fun though..
Thank you for posting this because it helps me "not to give up" and to keep on shooting just because we love it so much!
Good to see those stick around here for a long time and not just leave the site because they "haven't won a ribbon"
I was wondering how long members were here on this site..
