Nope, none of the National Parks are open. But that part of Maine is terrific even WITHOUT Acadia, no worries.

Can anyone recommend place to stay around Burlington, starting the day in lake placid driving towards Burlington

Some interesting or quirky be good :)

If you're going to be in Burlington you have to let me know. As for a place to stay there are tons of B&B's around that you can find or many hotels and motels. When will you be in this area?

Got a few dollars riding around in the trunk. Consider the coverage of your auto insurance.

E.T.A. - What are you driving, by the way?

I have camera insurance all over the world with everything listed inc serial numbers copied from my canon cps membership

I also have a year long travel insurance which covers £10,000 personal property as well

I had every cover extra etc on our hire car as well

We've had a 2013 ford Taurus

Just in Plymouth as boston was booked up no hotel rooms under $600 dollars

We did the cape today. Met Robert and penny :) then made it to race point for sunset

Fly to toronto tomorrow :)

We've done 2600 miles in 9 days

well its been about 7 months or so since we got back, ive been so busy growing my company i havent had time to do much of anything with my camera but here are the photos form our trip rd the east coast, had a great time wish wed had more time though. lots and lots of driving 1800 miles in 9 days but well worth it.

think acadia, north conway and cape cod were our favourite bits
