"Real Estate" Take a picture of your favorite room/rooms that you could use to sell your house.

What if like me you live in a council flat?

Hmm... I occasionally do this for a local realtor friend. Have to see if she has any new listings...

What he said, Fred: go to a Real Estate open house or something.

I am curious to see how creative people get with this. You could do some interesting stuff, even with a 1 bedroom flat.

You'll probably have to let the voters decide, they are included on websites, so I can say why not!

Teehee. That's a guarantee my entry will bomb. I don't know why I'm entering the picture that I am when I have more safer choices of rooms.

Ok -- I'm just not getting this one.

help!

Doesn't real estate photo mean straight forward and boring and the prettiest house wins?

Does interesting and different mean it's not a real estate photo?

I would think an interior/exterior photo of a building/house/room/hallway/etc., should do it, and the more interesting the better.

Well, I used to earn a living making boring spaces look special...

So what's the secret? It all sounds just like pictures of rooms. How do you get the interest with a non-interesting subject? I could go find much more interesting rooms than mine, but I assume "your" really means "your" and you should try your own house.

I'm currently away for 2 months so I'm going to take "your" to mean where 'you're' staying.

This is exactly what I was thinking. (But I'm sure as heck not letting you all into my home, so I guess I'll be sitting this one out.)

Nice wok on this challenge everyone. But I think to do many of these great rooms justice you need to composite multiple frames. 90% ofnthe entries suffer from lack of light.
