Outtakes -

Entry - (194 of 200) (I entered this mostly b/c it was in Boston about a week before the marathon bombing - now I know it was not the right photo for a challenge - it was basically a 'snapshot' moment I caught while walking through Granary Cemetery)

Colour variation. I couldn't quite hit the nail on the head with this one in colour or bw though felt it had potential.

This was my other option...

For the record, I like the color version better.

Thanks Hussar1812 - I think I do too now but still think it needs some pop

I think the white clouds on the horizon played against you here. Against blue sky, the chairs would have stood out more. A touch more saturation couldn't hurt. But it looks like it lacks a bit of sharpness as well...

So many to choose from and I now realise I chose poorly. Outtakes:

All taken within a few hours of each other. Then again, perhaps they are all crap.

Interesting fact...out of the top 30 ...I have the most votes of 4 or under.

Your entry had a 7 from me, but I have to admit I would have scored both of the other two as 8 or higher....the running one may have been a 9-10 for me. Great work in all 3 shots though!

I would have entered this shot but I felt the editing would have been questionable, The mother was behind the middle baby just enough to show but not enough to include so she was cloned out.

This must have been a wonderful outing - I think there are many excellent images. I like these three.

But then, I liked your entry, too. I like the processing but could do with a lighter vignette.

It was a bird kind of month. Any comments? Thoughts about my choice for the FS?

What a wonderful outing, Abra! I very much enjoyed going through your selections for this month. I especially like these two, but I also enjoyed your entry.

Didn't bother entering anything in the end - probably a wise choice given the lack of decent images in April

You had a great day, Phil! I really like these.

Entry for a bit of fun (largely lost on speeders methinks):

Image I would have should have and kicked myself for not entering but was on the road and only had the little woman's laptop without all my software and plugins and presets and and :/
