take a picture of the following: Asia Argento, Angelina Jolie, the sun rising behind the Earth, Marilyn Manson, the Queen taking a bath, a heart, to capture the real dolly parton ;)

Galopagos Islands would be a real dream, but on a more realistic note I'd love to spend some time photographing the more remote regions of New York's Adirondack Mountains which are a few hours from here.

If I had the time, the money, and the equipment, I'd take a month or two to travel all around Texas, from Big Bend to the Panhandle to the Piney Woods to the Rio Grande valley, and everything in between. I'd have a blast! :o)

edit: I wouldn't mind being Antonio Banderas' personal photog, either, come to think of it... ;o)

I met him Marilyn Manson at a supermaket a couple weeks ago at 2am.

It was awesome. Weird though.

I wouldn't have recognized hiim if my friend had not been such a fan. He just looked like a normal guy.

I'd like the be the official photographer for visitors to Wreck Beach in Vancouver, B.C. ( for those of you that don't know, Wreck Beach is one of B.C.'s largest and most popular nude beaches ).

Failing that, being a promotions photographer for a nudist camp would be fun too :)

Definitely Africa. I'd love to visit all the climats, and see all the people, and animals. Buildings, just everything,

• Remote, unpopulated sweeps, mountain tops in the clouds, vast and sacred places, not yet violated.
• Abandonment, industrial locations in disuse, battlefields, war zones.
• Catullus' old haunt, la Provence, wind-torn ruins, splendour tarnished.
• JJ (Beguin)'s indoor pool, Julia's (grigrigirl)'s French Quarter, Heida's Eddaic Fjells, Ricard's (Chez) fishing ports
• Auschwitz, Bergen-Belsen, Guantanamo Bay, the Gulags, Circe's home and any hospital for the insane.

I'm five minutes away now, but I'm there often, sometimes to take photos. I'm the one wearing the camera strap.

Awesome! Wreck Beach is one of my favorite spots to spend a day.. One day, when I have a family, I'm sure that we'll make it a regular vacation spot.. (since I refuse to actually live in Vancouver).

I rarely take my camera there though, since I'm very shy, and I don't want to breach beach etiquette.

It's a beautiful spot at dawn during low tide. You can walk out far and set up on a shallow sand bank, and shoot what you like with a backdrop like no other. People, at this time of day, are few and far between, and your privacy is ensured.

- mine is africa. People and animals. (I leave in a month and can't wait. Though I have a feeling it will be a bit too much 'tour guided' and I would prefer to be left a little more on my own to explore. Maybe on the second trip. : )
- next would be in northern bc shooting a moose and/or grizzlies cathing salmon ( the moose could be grazing vs salmon fishing : )
- mexico the people, portraits

I'd give you a 10, I swear, for a moose tossing a salmon!

Dream- Photograph Everest from 100 feet below summit, catching that ridge of snow that creates such a beautiful leading line, just a single climber ahead of me, footprints behind him and pure, untouched snow leading to the summit.

Lynn, when you are going out looking for game in Africa, you have to be in a jeep or truck with certified guides. No walking out on your own is allowed and with good reason...you don't want to come face to face with a charging rhino or elephant or hippo or worse a hunting lion. That's the only way you can do that safely.

Working on location for National Geographic or AP somewhere far away. The Antonio Banderas idea doesn't sound so bad either ;o)

Mine was BC....I went in Mid-May this year for two weeks...It was phenomenal over 1500 pics with my Fugi3800...I actually went looking to buy my D70 when I was there but nobody had it in stock. I have it for next time now.

Next year is undecided….Its mine and 5 good friends 30th birthdays. We are trying to plan to go away together. I think the Mayan Riviera is on the top of the list. Portugal / Spain a close second.

If you do go sometime and you get up to a spot to watch the action called Devils Playground at about 12,000ft. Remember to dress warm! I was there about 8 or 9 years ago. The temp was 34deg and it snowed on and off most of the day. There were winds of about 70 to 80mph(one of the race cars got blown over the edge of the road and stopped near a 2000ft cliff). It was fun to see but dress warm! It really gets cold the higher you go up the mountain, even on the 4th of July.
