Hello All, as I don't have someone else to introduce me I thought I'd better do it myself. I'm a new full member to DPC. I've managed to enter 2 challenges in my first few days. I know my entries are a bit flat and not doing well but it's getting my creative juices flowing so there's hope for the future. Anyway I was feeling inspired by the B&W self portraits by one of the other members so last night I had a go. I've added them to my portfolio along with some of the other shots from my G5. Please have a look and let me know what you think.

Hopefully you will get to see a lot more of me as I improve and start to go up the rankings in the challenges. I'm looking forward to the buzz of it all.

Cheers for now,

Paul

A big welcome Paul - we need more photographers of your caliber on DPC.
You will easily win a few ribbons quickly.

I have taken the liberty to link to a couple of your great shots from your site for others to see.

You must be a patient landscape photographer - and a well traveled one at that.

Hi folks, thanks for your comments so far. If you have a look at my website //www.eluminated-earth.co.uk a lot of the images are scanned from slides. For now I just use my G5, though I do miss my Eos 5. However the immediecy (spelling) of digital is a winner for just getting on and doing it. I think I should start saving for my 20D to get that ultimate flexability. There's one out there that has my name on it! Ha Ha.
