The midnight - 8am (EST) voters seem to be the highest voters. at least from my experience from challenges.

A friend was at 6.2 with 5 votes, but then dropped to 4.0 at 9 votes. It worked out to an average of 1.25 over those 4 votes.
I expect that there will be huge ups and downs in this challenge.
