Set your camera on its fastest shutter speed, and take outdoor picture. Advance editing rules.

Notes -
1. your picture will be valid only if you use the fastest shutter speed according to your camera model.
2. You can set all the other parameters as you wish.
3. Why outdoor picture? IMHO it's more challenging this way.

I agree...it would be hard to validate...since all cameras have different shutter speeds and features.

How is this a challenge? How would you validate that the fastest shutter speed has been used?

It's easy.
Each time you submit a photo, you enter your camera and shutter speed info.
It will take one second to validate if the shutter speed that you used is the fastest your camera can use (according to the camera spec).
+ this info is saved on your original file.
Maybe I didn't understand you correctly, but I think it's really simple to validate this.

But we know the maximum value for each camera. I mean - for instance every D7000 has a limit of 1/8000 so it wouldn't be too hard for the validation process.

IMO it's not a matter of being more challenging choosing an outdoor shooting - it's the only way to get it :)
It's VERY hard to shoot indoor at a very high shutter speed. I never shot at 1/8000 indoor ;)

outdoor would be a lot easier than indoor at the max shutter.

however i dont see the the creative aspect of this challenge.

What about those living in the dull north I'd be at 3200 iso and 1.4 to get anything even showing up on my sensor
