I went to one a few years back and traveled from Ottawa, Ontario. Distance is relative I guess. I also drove from here to Seattle on two occasions.
I really ought to check my schedule... If I can manage the time and find a few days of leave I just might go.

Sounds like it would be not only fun but an opportunity to try out my new camera. I got a Nikon D5100 for Christmas and haven't had the opportunity to really put it through its paces. The part that sucks about all of this is that I've just been scheduled a month long training session at the Port of Seattle so I can't go. Ugh! Sucks to be me! Oh, Happy New Year Everyone and maybe I'll be able to catch the next one.

I'll be there , if it's on the 15th!! I forgot I have another photo gtg to attend on the 14th, snowshoeing at Snoqualmie Pass.
If that is postponed due to weather reasons, I can be there on the 14th.

| I checked my work schedule and have both of these days off. Whichever works best for others is fine with me. I will watch this thread for more details. |

lol seriously though. i had a blast last year and would like to meet more women photographers. i think i only met heather last year (which was still really nice, but i would enjoy meeting MORE!!) |

Yes...but last year I was in Portland. So at least this year I am going in the right direction. Actually, January is usually a very busy time for dog shows here in the Northwest. I show three out of four weekends. The first weekend being the only one that I have free. |

If Sof goes it's up to her, as for me I prob won't cuz I'll have my kids and they would be supremely bored walking around with a bunch of camera nerds.....no offense |

So, the 15th seems to work better for some. How about we settle on Sunday the 15th at 10:00?
Note to Eastsiders...520 will be closed next weekend.
Smith Tower and Museum of Flight were suggested for meet up points. Preferences? Alternatives?

Hopefully we can do one in the spring time. Mid to late spring possibly. That way we could possibly go to one of the parks with the cherry blossoms. (To me that would be really enjoyable!)
