Cool, never saw that. Knew of the plankton bloom and the reddish colours but not the cool blues at night.

| Last night a friend was telling me about kayaking in Tomales Bay (north of San Francisco) the night before. He said that the bio-luminescence was so strong that not only did it light up on the bow and every paddle dip, but that the fish, especially the little sharks were kicking up light at every flick of their tails fairly deep under water. |
