This would have been a good entry if I could have gotten the lighting ...Chocolate Oblivion Torte (1lb Callebaut Bittersweet, 1/2 lb unsalted butter and 6 egg yolks)

I put it on the plastic plate to travel - it's leaving home. I just had a lot of trouble with the light bouncing off the cherries so just put it in the freezer until tonight.
