I was trying to explain to my husband what it looks like when you take a night sky photo with a longer shutter time.

I cant find any!! Help!!

Have you looked in the Astrophotgraphy Gallery or done a search for "star trails"? I don't think I have anything that will help myself ...

You mean like these ? With this small overview you should be able to cover all possible results
