Is the news something that you would consider an everyday object? If I add something of my own to it? Like print out something from the news and add something of my own that I have at home? Just wondering what thoughts are on that.

'News' is an abstract term for current, interesting events. It is not soemthing that can be felt, takes up space, etc.

A newspaper is another matter entirely.
