Maybe it's something changed on my end on the computers at work, but the login cookie doesn't seem to be sticking and I need to log in each time I visit. Anybody else experiencing this?

Yep, I thought it was me at first, but it's been like this all day (11.30 pm here). Grr.

glad to hear others having this issue. Are you on PC's? I'm on a Mac and just had a safari update and thought it was the problem.
Or I was hacked by poorly led terrorists...

Well geeze you guys complain when they don't update the site, and you complain when they do update the site. Just because you don't like the "Make them Login everytime" improvement doesn't mean anything. :D

I've been on a couple of times today, and had no problem. But who logs out?
Not me.
08/02/2011 08:13:53 PM · #13
Yep... had to log in just a bit ago.
08/02/2011 08:18:27 PM · #14
I had to log in from my home PC this AM, and also from my work PC. I noticed that the "remember me" box was unchecked, and re-checking it does not seem to stick. If I actually log out, it's un-checked again the next time I visit. However, once I have logged in from a specific machine, I have not had to re-log in. So the cookie seems to be working.

Not sure it's related (don't think it would be), but I've noticed my comments received and average score are not keeping up with changes caused by a current entry. This has been the case since the month began.

Actually it's been like that now since the end of the Blue ROT challenge.

Aye. This has been the first one I've entered since then, so there ya go. Do you know if this is the new norm? Is there another thread for that discussion?

Thing is, it's not just challenge comments that are affected. I'm in a side challenge and my number of comments received has increased a lot since last week, but those are not shown either.

Any ETA on fixing this problem?
08/04/2011 12:54:02 PM · #21
Nothing gets fixed until I get pie.
