Hopefully that topic made sense.

Years of photography have worsened the eyesight in my right eye. And its not due to age because I'm 18 and had 20/20 vision before I got into photography. Could I adjust the dioptric in such a way that it'll slowly correct my eyesight?

Not sure about correcting it that way...but I have tried those pinhole glasses. An hour a day and I find there is a vast improvement;)
