I personally liked the movie. It's about a famous photojournalist (fiction, of course) who had gone missing during an assignment and his wife's quest to find him.

Harrison's Flowers is OK.
If you want a REAL war photographer movie, see this: War Photographer: A documentary about James Nachtwey

It's very powerful and disturbing. I was fortunate enough to view the Premier at the Telluride Film Festival. During the release of this film, his studio was broken into and the thieves took all of his film, yet left everything else.

** 2004 Peabody Award
** 2001 Academy Award® Nominee for Best Documentary Feature
** Premiere, 2001 Amsterdam International Documentary Festival
** 2002 Human Rights Watch Film Festival
** 2003 Society for Photograpic Education Film Festival

Photographer James Nachtwey recently injured in Iraq
