just got this e-mail and thought that some of you that have all these wonderful pictures of Maine would like to ck this out...

I think they pretty much covered it... from their side....
Participation in the marketing program requires that all content and imagery must be rightfully and legally approved for use on VisitMaine.com. This approval includes, but is not limited to unrestricted photography usage rights, unrestricted model releases, and the exclusion of any copyrighted material. It is the responsibility of each individual who submits materials to obtain legal authority to publish the materials submitted. By submitting materials you are agreeing that you have obtained or are entitled to publish the materials as required by law; and further agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless the State of Maine and the Maine Office of Tourism from all claims that may result from your submission of materials or the use of the materials by the Maine Office of Tourism. |

Note that it is required the pictures have been shot in 2010: or I'd be entering some of mine from 2009...
