| I like getting the notice through my e-mail that someone has sent a message...but I wish I didn't have to get an e-mail every time that I send a reply...could that be something to add as an option in the preferences? |

My Preferences is now gone. I read that if you disable Greasemonkey it comes back, which it does after a refresh but I use Greasemonkey for more than just DPC. Anyway to get the My Preferences back on the menu with GM enabled?

My Preferences is still there and I have GM and several scripts enabled.

Mine disappeared earlier then re-appeared and has now disappeared again.
Correction: It appears only if I'm on the profile page.

Yup, I just tried it. Disable GM, refresh and the Preferences are there.
Enable GM again and poof, they are gone.
I want to keep the monkey, so I guess I'll just disable it for the rare occasion that I want to make a change in my Preferences.
But still..... it is something that needs to be fixed eventually, right, Langdon? ;-) |

The problem is probably with a specific Greasemonkey script. Try disabling them one at a time until the problem goes away.
Greasemonkey scripts are not developed by DPChallenge, and we therefore cannot provide technical support for them. For support on a specific script, you will need to contact that script's developer.

| This might have been pointed out already but is there a way the notification box can be placed toward the top of the page? When logging in it would be nice to see the notification immediately. Either way I like the new system, great work Langdon and crew!! |

excellent addition to the site!
one thing i found is that if i do something that generates an error (such as forget to put in a subject), my text gets escapes ("\") embedded, which does impact readability. i might need to do another test, but i'm pretty sure i tried to edit them out, but they were put back in. |

The error is DPC Quicklinks, if you remove/disable this script it corrects the error.

Yep. Same here. I'd prefer not to get copies of what I sent to someone else automatically showing up in my email account. We had the option before to receive a copy that I usually left unchecked. Can this be modified somehow please? |

No, it's for all users. You should see it on the left side of the front page, and also under the My Home message as My Messages.

No, not using that add-on, just the one that shows peoples profile photos in forums.
