 First angle, with neat image
 Second angle, no neat image.
 Third angle, using levels and equalize
I took this one on my way home tonight. It is one of the farms nearby. It is one of the older ones. Built around 65 years ago, the farm was actually cut out of the side of a very rocky hill, similar to what you see alot in New York around Central Bridge.

I took this on the way home today in Springfield. It is the front of city hall. I posted the back of it on day 8. This building has some nice stone work and the stone was mined from the old Phoenix quarry about 3 miles from Walnut Grove.

So Day 20 has a bit of drama to it.
 JerseyGenie was in town, and  JimyThing lives a little west of me, so the three of us decided to go shoot Washington's sights tonight.
Our first stop was the Iwo Jima Memorial, which led to my Day 20 shot:
Unfortunately, Jeanne tripped and fell, breaking her leg. So send her some good thoughts! We called 911, and I went to the hospital with her. Her son lives in DC, so he came out. I left just as she was coming back from getting x-rays.
I told her she was still on the hook for tomorrow's shot, and she chuckled through the painkillers. She was in remarkably good spirits.
She told me I could post a memento shot for her. She's in the ambulance just visible to the right of the memorial:

thanx for saying i can put as many photos in as i like .. you'll live to regret it!!! ... altho after saying that, its up to you whether you open them or not ... :) ..
i'm wondering how many of us are left from the original number that started ... i dont think many actually dropped out, but i think a few joined us after we'd got going ...
i'm going to be meeting other dpc ppl tomorrow .. gtg sydney ... its going to be excellent finally meeting some ppl whose photographs i admire ...
here's my entry for today ...

i'm putting in the photographs for day 22 now coz i wont have time tomorrow .. these three are straight from the camera, which is a first ... i find it just about impossible not to do something to a photograph in photoshop .. i was definitely going to use one of these in the 'tree' challenge but changed my mind for the hundredth time ..

theese are shot on the way to work so not much editing tools just cropped a little
This the fog at sunrise on the road between Walnut Grove and Springfield
This is what i had planned to shoot, its just off the square in Springfield. I was a little late so the lite is too brite. it would have been awesome if i could have been there when i took the sunrise

 Day 21.1
a bit of a cheat - this is from last summer. but - it's so blue and greena nd warm and pretty. i just had to show what it looks like when it's nice out! this is the back harbour, looking in from the deck of estrellita - our 32' ontario. the boat in the foreground isn't ours. i shot this from ours.

This was taken during my one-day trip to London (which was a bit more complicated than I anticipated, as always). I have more shots, including quite a few from my tube (subway) trips, so they'll be showing up in the coming days ;)
