Not sure if you are being sarcastic Judy, but you just described my picture. I literally just removed some sensor dust and slightly adjusted the brightness. I'm sure it will bomb. :-)

I think that you should buy a spyder for every commenteer that states that the image is too dark!

(I'll be the first one to comment on all dark ones)

I'm #406 (just submitted). This is my first free study, so I hope for the personal best on this one. That's the win I'm shooting for - to get the highest rated photo in my profile!

Hell if I get a 1, then it will be the highest in my portfolio.

Hey, I second this motion! I have a Spyder on my Christmas list, but I don't think Mrs. Claus is willing to oblige. I'll be looking for dark pictures now!

My image is so gosh darn amazing my camera would not let me transfer it to the computer. How do I submit my CF card?

I'm hoping mine gets above a 6. I chose to enter the color version over the B&W to appeal to the masses.

Did I win yet?? :)

I'm falling victim to one of the classic blunders, the most famous of which is "Never get involved in a land war in Asia", but only slightly less well known is this: "Never re-think your entry just before deadline".

-jp, setting myself up for a "1.000"

Man, am I ready for voting to begin. I submitted my photo 3 weeks ago. As I have proven in recent challenges, I am the master of the average photo. Bring on the 5s. And please keep the comments to a minimum. :-)

I entered just now, and don't think it will score top 50. But I like the thrill of the free study that has been roaming my veins since the first of November! I love joining this.

I'm wondering how long tonight's roll over will take with all these entries? Shouldn't be to long, as there are no stats to calculate. Last night's too forever!

I hit the update button at rollover time, saw the "Wait, this will just take a minute... SUCKER" screen come up... and went to bed! lol Just couldn't bear another 1/2 hour roll. Hope tonight goes quickly! Just in case, I bought beer! lol

Geesh... After spending most of the month vacillating between half a dozen possibles and actually ENTERING 4 of them at different times, I went back to the originals this afternoon to do a couple of them over, opened a shot I had not worked with before, and now THAT one is my entry...

I'll be glad when this is over :-)
