quite a risky shot for this challenge. I guess you're going to say that you were tracking the bird and hence you have camera movement but the question is, did you create and interesting affect with your camera movement?
IMO I don't think you did.

I made a comment on the other similar shot to this about how I didn't like the centre composition.
However in this case I think it works well, especially the way in which you have trimmed the head and elbows.
I also love the symmetry of the hair and elbows
I think the high key works very well indeed... i'd say this was a ribbon shot.
