The Soulwellby BudyaComment: Quite a clever shot, I am not sure if that is a ray of light shooting in to the glass with smoke bellowing out or whether it is someone blowing a very fine smoke trail in to the glass, my main gripe with the shot is the lighting is so harsh at the base of the glass bowl and that really detracts from an otherwise fine shot.

Our Topsy Turvy Worldsby WeJayComment: Looks to have a heavy yellow cast to the whole image, the lighting is very flat and whatever it is you are holding in your left hand is very distracting.

You're upside down! No, you're upside down! No, you're...by toddheadComment: I am assuming you have done a double exposure which is quite effective, I like the way the lighting effectively falls on the same side of the face and at first I actually thought this was a copy / paste / rotate but the lighting is just different enough to prove that wrong :)
Not sure how this will score, it must have been pretty hard to pull off this well and it is artistic, but I wonder if some people will think it a DQ for the reasons I mention above...

I can't forgive you!by kiskatComment: Nice idea
Pretty well lit especially the vase and rose although it's a bit of a shame about the window reflection right over the rose anywhere else and it wouldn't have caused quite as much distraction. The ring could do with a bit more light to help emphasise it as it is a bit lost in the whole picture.
Good shot though and I would be surprised if this doesn't make the top 20

Bottoms Up!!by ConnorComment: I had a similar shot to this with a clear plastic mat under the glass.
The biggest problem I see with your shot is that the lighting is very flat and this make the whole image look a bit drab and would be all but impossible to get the glass and fluid to "pop" looks pretty well focused though and there also looks to be a really nice reflection on that glass, had the lighting been better I think this could have scored really well.

Upside Downby mrjswiftComment: The image is upside down I get that, but that is all I can see in the shot that is, I would really have liked this shot a lot more had you attempted to make it look like the model was upside down in the room, ie the lamp positioned above the picture pointing downwards as if on a table (where I suspect it is now but pointing the wrong way), I think had you taken this idea further you could have had a really great shot.

Upside Downby MichaelsComment: Quite abstract which is not a bad thing in itself but without knowing what it is it's difficult to see if it actually fits the challenge and is truly upside down.
Would be a difficult shot to score if I were voting :)

double surveillanceby leniaComment: Quite clever this and very artistic I can appreciate the work that has gone in to making this shot, but for me there just needed to be more light in the real eye to really make it pop.
Great vision though

Beautiful Deathby Purple_GirlComment: Go LadyT :)
Dramatic shot with loads of detail, I still think the other one was a better scoring shot but this one was much more unique and dramatic so I respect your choice :)

Specular Reflections of Autumnby bassboneComment: I like the colours of this shot, but find the right hand side to be just a bit too heavy for my liking.
Nice reflection though.
