I have to say that I disagree slightly with this. For me, the lack of waterfall on the left gives a sense of scale and place to this which would be missing if the picture was all waterfall.
Just my humble opinion :-)

You say fizz, but where is it. I could assume it's the bottom of the frame, but it could be a wave also. Fizz not very visible. Great shot though!

Would have given a 10 for the color and shadows, unfortunately the borders are messing it, IMHO.
