looking at the image, the attention draws to the ship, not the cats. Could you have gone lower and closer to draw attention to the cats? Also, the image is tilted.

Thanks for the comments, folks! (although I don't understand what "x" means) So far, each photo I submit does a little bit better than the previous one. Maybe someday I'll reach a 6!

Don't listen to anyone who tells you this isn't street photography. Shooting from the hip or with long lenses are not difficult techniques compared to a drive-by. (especially if you are driving) And both methods are used by the truly "sneaky" street photographers. I'm guessing you would have missed this shot if you had parked the car, got out, and pointed your camera in their direction. You captured the scene using the only option available and that is what a good photographer does. It would have been a shame if you had missed archiving this bizarreness.
