Ok, I am going to guess that this is one light with a reflector.
The first issue is that she is to close to the background so that the shadow is visible behind her. The main light is to strong causing the shine on her skin and the harsh shadow from the shirt on her neck area. Could you have diffused the main light with an umbrella or bouncing it somehow? The reflector must not be close enough to the model to have the desired effect.

I think it is a great practice shot for studio portrait, but is lacking in some areas. Keep up the shooting and you will have it right soon. :) 5

A little dark overall. The flowers jump out because they're white but not much else. If you could dodge and burn you could bring down the brightness of the flowers and bring up the rest, but of course you can't in basic editing.

Too dark to see the fine architectural detail...I realize you may be going for a theme, hence the darkness, for that matter, I guess it probably looks different on your monitor than mine...6.

I really wish you had used some fill light. I get the sensation that the altar area has some nice details, but it's too dark to see them.
