Wrong moral!!

What's wrong about it? 8) To me, it's a pretty boring picture of a guy that got caught in the rain. I voted it a 4!

The moral in this case is that originality offends convention.

How funny!!!! Kind of comforting tho. . .when you have a picture that tanks and you think of this example it will reassure that the voting masses are not "gospel" :)

I love the DQ details - I guess even poor Henri gets the boot if he doesn't manage to take his photo during the challenge window. No matter that he's dead. What an interesting idea by the Site Council (I assume the Site Council did this?) to put a 'real' street photo into the mix. I gave him a 5. Either I have a bad eye, DPC has a lot of really good photogs, or poor Henri didn't have Photoshop. Probably all three.

Edit to add: Posthumous gave this a 10 during the challenge. I think I'll start asking Posthumous to evaluate all my images, and maybe I'll end up famous, too :-)

So glad I didn't post a comment along with my 6.

Funny to see how some people just edited their comments, though

This reminds me of the time in college when someone submitted one of Shakespeare's lesser known sonnets as a homework assignment in an English poetry class. Shakespeare got a "C". Moral of the story: Even masters don't produce masterpieces every time.
