The panning effect is too subtle for me. Try a longer shutter to accentuate the feeling of motion.

I think the camera's shutter speed hurt you here. a longer shutter speed would have given more background blur, but also makes it harder to keep the subject in focus.

Good exposure -- you've got details in the shade and didn't blow the background out. The little girl really gives a sense of scale to the shot.

The electric lines in front of the building spoil the image a bit but it's still a very nice picture. i like how the reddish tone of the building complements the color of the sky.
