An interesting scene, but my eye is naturally drawn to the bright area with the motorbikes, rather than the woman working at the table.

In basic editing, you can use the shadow highlight tool. The person is too dark. Try that tool to lighten the shadows without using a mask.

Yucky lighting :( I would have her turn to get sunlight or the backlighting on her face. Gives her a greenish pale cast that causes her face to be lost in shadows.
