Yeah, there have been alot of fireworks in this challenge, but I still like these images. The capture is flawless, and the reflection looks great.

Good use of a yellow border--it keeps the negative space at the top from being unbalanced.

I have this one pegged for the blue, since it's pretty sweet, and it strictly fits the definition of the challenge. Personally, I'd much rather be looking at the beautiful textures of the metal end and paper tube...

The city foreground doesn't add anything to the image, and is sort of ugly. The firework explosion is the focus of your image, and the crop should reflect that. Get rid of the other stuff and focus on that beautiful pink explosion!

The reflection of light on the top of the plate is pretty distracting. Use a diffusion filter to help avoid reflections from your light source.

It's a pretty flower, but the lighting kills the image. Come back in the evening, around sunset, and you'll get vibrant light that will set the image off.

I like the use of the lattice pattern, but you could crop the top half of the image and lose nothing. Likewise, some warmer and more vibrant light (around sunrise or sunset) would make the green really pop out

Stick that bad boy in a pie, or in an ice cold Corona, and we're in business :)

The rose looks dead. Is it supposed to? Since I'm reading this image without any context, any intent for a 'dead' rose needs to be clearly conveyed in the image. Otherwise, I'm stuck thinking 'oh, I wish that was a beautiful and vibrant red rose'.

It certainly would help, especially given the western symbolism of roses and women.
