I think this deserved to be higher in the rank. Sure, it's not perfect, but it is pretty good as a night shot. I really like the stars in the light-posts.
The horizon is tilted, and that doesn't help much.

I agree with Jutilda below. I don't like single saturation, but in this picture it worked out great. Very powerful, and I could see it easily on a wall :)
