Old and exhausted carby deadbirdComment: This strikes me as a potentially great shot. What purpose does the uncropped (right) portion of picture serve? |

One horsepower < XXX horsepowers ...by gaja_tzComment: The riders' position could be improved, the stir-up leathers ought to be lengthened. First rider's toe is pointing outward. Altogether, I think, the RCMP needs better dressage training.

Round the Bendby BudweezerComment: Beautiful, beautiful. If you were to crop \'much\' of the sky, would it boost the impact of this shot even more? |

Harmonyby finnurComment: I have, admittedly, a love/hate relationship with this photograph. It's, no doubt, interesting, dramatic and a bold shot. Technically? Hey, you're on your own :-). |

Parallel Parkingby LindaEComment: If Jim Pattison wished to sell his toys, he would, IMO, be well served with this shot of one. In this context, the photo lacks emotion/human interest. |

Bus Stopby t_kotzakComment: Ah, a photographer who holds his sense of aethestics higher than popularity. I award extra points for this. Lovely monochrome! |

My Rideby justineComment: A perfect shot, technically. Could it be too slick for an eye barraged with slick 'commercial' imagery? |

Handy Transportationby kposeyComment: It's topical, not very topical, but topical.
Focus and sharpness are good, saturation richer than appeals to 'me', although grass isn't easy get just right.
The subject(s) looks a bit too arranged perhaps, with clean cloves so neatly folded on upright handle. Blossoms and gloves interfere a little. The choice of subject is undoubtedly 'clichee'. It does, IMO, make for a 'pleasant' postcard. |

You Might be a Redneck if...by cercyComment: I quite like this shot, the b/w choice and placement/framing. I also think, it meets the topic very well in a humourous way. What I would wish for is a lil greater sharpness. |
