An excellant capture with variable shapes, colors and textures which is very pleasing to the eye. The contrasting background compliments the rich purple and delicate nature of the petals. A very good entry into the challenge - not perfect by any means, but purposeful and properly composed. Well done.

Tough one to comment on-- Youve caught a moment of impending 'doom'. The problem for me is that the cloud alone can't carry the image and the middle third of blank sky is too overpowering.

imo...waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much sky. The same impact could be achieved by cropping about half of it out.
