the lighting here is great but it seems a bit out of focus on her eyes. A bit of unsharpenmask will help that

Wonderful capture of a moment. Great B&W feel and great emotion.

The only thing I might do is crop just a bit off of the left. They are shifted over to the right a bit much, making the pic off balance some.

But I do love this one!
