odis rayby irisheyesComment by RulerZigzag: Wow, nice name! he looks like a stuffed toy, nice portrait, looks like you focused on his forehead? A bit more clarity could be achieved if you closed the aperture abit, but the light is probably low indoors. |

Harmonic Convergenceby irisheyesComment by Ja-9: wow...this is very striking...very very well done...you have quite a division line between the rocks and sky...like they are drawn out...it almost looks cookie cut |

Unit 2 - Leading Linesby irisheyesComment by tjbel05: Love the idea here. It is a unique perspective on the leading lines concept. I am on the fence about the shallow DOF, I cant decide if i would like a little more focus on the Plate or Sushi. Keeping in mind that is just a personal choice, and has nothing to do with the quality of your shot! |

Dandelionby irisheyesComment by Eyesup: super sharpness on the dandilion and great use of DoF! the only thing Ii can nit pick on is that brow twig on the bottow right is distracting... other than that, this is a great photo! the composition is great! nice work! |

Richmond (22nd & Grace)by irisheyesComment by Eyesup: Calleen, I think you've nailed this one for and hyperfocal photo... not my favorite location in the world, but hey what can you do, gotta go with what you' got :) Your photo does have a lot going for it. there is plenty of interesting thing to look at (ie the water tower and smoke stack) and the street in the center guiides your eyes up the image towards the rest of the buildings... well done :) |
