I think you should try this agian, and use a coffee filter on the falsh to lessen the glare. It might work for that. I used some of those on my pictures because the flash is always to much for how close I am.

All in all, I like the picture very much!

I think we've all felt this way before, out of sync, disjointed, I know I have...sometimes the technical aspects of photos get in the way and the true emotion is hidden by what we preceive as "good" or "bad" photographically. This goes beyond that to share a moment of feeling or emotion that we all feel from time to time but don't like to admit to, Kudos for shareing. I for one find it very creative and emotional...

Ooo, it looks awesome in black and white! Forget the sepia! Add a border line around the edges....Im sure the all known photoshop can do it! I always use paint... lol BUT I DO LOVE THIS PICTURE!!!!

Ha, this one looks cool too. I love where it was taken. I went down to SC this past weekend. While driving down the road, I saw this one church that was so amzing....it was acros from the train tracks, and it had one HUGE graveyard and it had this big trees with brown moss hanging down from them. It was so amazing! I want to drive there one day and just take pictures with a friend. :)

Well...Can you stand back for a moment and ask yourself this...What do "You" think of the image? That is the first question to ask. It is "Your" image. You committed yourself to capturing the moment and made a decision to share the image with all of us here. That in it self is very admirable. Do you like "Your" image? That is "ALL" that matters..It takes courage to share yourself with others.

Oh, and by the way...I do like your image. Why? Because it is "Raw" honest and candid. You captured reality in it's most pure form.

First off the photo isn't sharp at all and the flash is entirely too brite. Then there is nothing in the background or near her to imply a point of focus to be the topic of the photo much less imply a dark thought. I also agree with fotoman_forever on the cookie cutter junk, it's not a great effect you applied, because it IS much sharper than the photo. Now, if the image was sharper and the effect had a red hue to it to imply the insanity of looking at a person and wanting to murder that person, then the idea of the image would work.

Keep trying, I really think you had an interesting idea and that with a little more work you will get it!

I dont like the photo or PP. Your subject looks like she is saying,'dont take a snapshot of me!". It is out of focus and it looks like a cup of coffee was spilled on it.
