Looks much better without the vent. Could you possibly do what you did on the left hand side to the right hand side too? This may make the image look more balanced.

I totally agree about the blemishes. Whether they stay or go is very much down to personal opinion.

All in all though, the image is looking top class now! Nice job.

Very effective shot - I like selective desat stuff. I like the colour tones and the subdued red of the roses adds to the mood of the shot.

Would you consider a removing some of the skin blemishes? Or would this be noticed?? And not appreciated.

Perhaps you could blur the background more to keep attention on the subjects.

I agree that there is slight blow out on the door frame, and the area around the top of the cupboard could show a little more detail. Natural lighting I imagine. You should do more work in B/W.
