My eyes are immediately drawn to the bg/neg space in this shot. The sky is beautiful but the neg space is suppose to make the subject pop not vice versa. Your subject is the lunch which is dark and not drawing my attention at all without the title.

I like the diagonal lines - the shadow in the upper left corner and the one going the opposite direction on the middle lighter column. It's subtle. Nice lighting.

I think the long title distracts from a great shot. Anyone that looks for more then 3 seconds will "get it"... The title was overkill. Great image. Congrads.

I really like the way you processed this. Let me guess... Desat the church and lighten the color on the rest of the shot? It really makes the Church POP. For a desat shot this is really awesome. The only real drawback for me is the top of the Church is a little hot. 8

So, what is there that I could possibly add here other than I think your horizon may be tilted a hair? I do see that corinne also added a silly comment to yours as well. I am left to assume that the word 'sport' means something totally different in her native language. I do like this capture a lot! It is my absolute favorite in this challenge, closely followed by this one:



Notice that corinne left a really original comment there as well. You did a fantastic job with every aspect of this image (save the slight tilt that I think I see). You were far underscored with this one, but duotone images are often overlooked on DPC. Still, fantastic work, and I look forward to more.
