It way to busy, if i look at the basketball basket my eye is drawn to a lot of other things.
Faster shutterspeed too freeze the players.
i think some more constrast would have helped as well

Not really a landscape I am afraid. I don't really feel this is a picture of the city but rather its a picture of two guys playing basketball. That aside this is a really tough shot to expose for. I would get to the other side of the court so they are being lit by the sun. From this angle they are very dark and its nearly impossible to rescue the detail in their faces etc under basic editing rules. (Advanced you could do dodging though).
